About Aaron

Since day one, Aaron has baked religiously and seasoned generously. Whether he is baking cookies for classmates or firing pizzas for the neighbors, Aaron feels best when he is in the kitchen. In his free time, Aaron teaches cooking classes, reads avidly, and bakes snacks for his two older sisters.

 

The World of Bread was created as Aaron's senior project, with guidance and taste-testing from Alexandra Kelly. Aaron is a senior at Hopkins School and will attend Tufts University next year. 

​

Currently, Aaron lives in Connecticut with his parents, two dogs, a cat, and his sourdough starter, Lazarus.
